Resmed Distilled Water Subscription Promotion Terms & Conditions

The Resmed 12 Pack Vapor Distilled CPAP Water Sale (“Promotion”) is available to legal residents of the United States aged 18 years and older on the following Terms and Conditions:

The Promotion is offered by Expedite LLC, located at 9001 Spectrum Center Boulevard, San Diego, California 92123 (“Expedite”) and begins on June 11, 2026, at 12:01am Eastern Time and ends on September 12, 2026, at 11:59pm Eastern Time (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion is available online only at eshop.resmed.com and discount applies only to eligible subscription-purchase 12 Pack Vapor Distilled CPAP Water designated on the site. Eligible customers will receive an additional 10% discount applied automatically at checkout when selecting a subscription. This offer is in addition to the standard 5% subscription savings, for a total combined discount of up to 15% on up to the first three subscription orders. After the promotional period ends, subscription orders will continue at the standard subscription discount rate of 5%, unless otherwise modified or canceled by the customer. To redeem the additional 10% discount, you must add eligible 12 Pack Vapor Distilled CPAP Water subscription-purchase to your cart during the Promotion Period and eligible cart discounts will automatically apply. Each customer may redeem the Promotion up to three times during the Promotion Period. The discount applies only to eligible subscription- purchase 12 Pack Vapor Distilled CPAP Water while supplies last, and cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or combined with any other promotions unless explicitly stated. The Promotion cannot be applied retroactively to prior purchases and is not valid on future purchases made after the Promotion Period. Orders follow standard processing and shipping times, but delays may occur due to high volume. Returns, refunds and exchanges are subject to our policies and apply only to the amount paid after discount. Expedite is not liable for technical issues or delays impacting purchases.  Expedite reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion for any reason and at any time without notice. In the event of cancellation, valid purchases made prior to cancellation will be honoured in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.  These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles.  Any disputes arising out of or related to this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.  By participating in the Promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our general Terms of Sale, and the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Notice available at https://eshop.resmed.com/pages/privacy-notice. This Promotion is void where prohibited by Law.
