  • Wipe the exterior with a dry cloth

    Daily Cleaning 

    1. Wash the water tub and air tubing in warm water using mild detergent.  Do not wash in a dishwasher or washing machine. 

    2. Rinse the water tub and air tubing thoroughly and allow to dry out of direct sunlight and/or heat. 

    Recommended water type

    The following water types are recommended for use in the humidifier:

    • Boiled tap water, cooled to room temperature
    • Distilled water
    • Bottled water (with a low mineral content).
      Note: Do not use non-sterile demineralized water for domestic use.

    Checking and replacing your parts regularly

    The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) coverage guidelines allow for regular replacement of masks and accessory parts, like air filters or tubing.

    Replacing your mask and accessories as appropriate helps ensure you are receiving the best, most comfortable therapy possible.
