The ResMed Shop Luxe Bag Sale (“Promotion”) is available to United States residents aged 18 years and older on the following Terms and Conditions:

The Promotion is promoted and operated by Expedite LLC located at 9001 Spectrum Center Boulevard, San Diego, California 92123 and runs from February 12, 2025 at 12:01am Pacific Time to February 28, 2025 at 11:59pm Pacific Time.  The Promotion is available online only at eshop.resmed.com. Discounts apply only to eligible products while supplies last and cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or combined with any other offers.  Price adjustments will not be given for prior purchases.  Orders follow standard processing and shipping times, but delays may occur due to high volume.  Returns, refunds and exchanges are subject to our policies and apply only to the discounted price paid.  We are not liable for technical issues or delays impacting purchases.  We reserve the right to modify or cancel the Promotion at any time without notice. We will honor any valid claims submitted at the time of any cancellation.  These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles.  Any disputes arising out of or related to this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.  By participating in the Promotion, customers agree these Terms and Conditions, our general Terms of Sale, and the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Notice available at https://eshop.resmed.com/pages/privacy-notice. This Promotion is void where prohibited by Law.
